Return policy

This return policy has been prepared by BAMBI MOBİLYA VE YATAK SANAYİ AŞ acting as a seller in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, for the purpose of informing about the return conditions of products purchased from www.bambi.com.tr and all affiliated interactive applications and/or other online sales platforms. Products purchased from the store are not covered by this return policy. 

I- PRODUCT DELIVERY 

The ordered product/products are delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information form and the order screen, provided that it does not exceed 45 (forty-five) business days from the date of purchase. BAMBI cannot be held responsible if the contracted product/products cannot be delivered within 45 (forty-five) business days due to force majeure (war, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), reasons arising from the shipping/cargo company or third parties and institutions that BAMBI cannot intervene in. However, in this case, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order free of charge or to request delivery of the product after the impossibility is eliminated. If the BUYER exercises his/her right of cancellation, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of written cancellation notification.

BAMBI is obliged to deliver the product(s) subject to the contract intact, complete, with the same qualities as the given order, together with the warranty certificate and user manual. The BUYER is obliged to check whether the product(s) purchased under this contract are the same as the product ordered and/or damaged during delivery, before assembly and installation. If the BUYER determines that the product delivered to him/her is incorrect or damaged, BAMBI must be informed in writing immediately and the product in question must be returned, unpackaged, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery at the latest. Otherwise, the product subject to the contract is deemed to have been received undamaged and complete by the BUYER and/or the person receiving the product. 

II- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCESS 

The BUYER may exercise his/her right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product/products subject to the contract.

The BUYER may notify that he/she wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal by calling 0 850 808 40 35 and creating a record.

Product/products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised are returned by BAMBI from the BUYER's delivery address. Products whose package/packaging has been opened, used and/or damaged even if the package has not been opened will not be returned in any way and in this case, the BUYER's request for withdrawal will be rejected. 

BAMBI is obliged to refund the price of the returned product/products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal made by the BUYER and acceptance of the notice of withdrawal. Refunds to be made by BAMBI will be made in accordance with the payment method used by the BUYER. BAMBI does not accept any responsibility under any circumstances for the practices regarding additional fees, deductions, installments and terms applied by the payment method, payment institutions and/or banks used by the BUYER during the delivery of the return to the BUYER, and for any disputes that may arise between the BUYER and the payment institutions in question.

The time it takes for the product prices returned by BAMBI to be reflected on the BUYER's bank card/credit card may vary depending on the bank's processes and practices.
