During your membership to https://www.bambi.com.tr/, your name, surname, e-mail address and password information are obtained automatically by the form you fill out. The password you specify cannot be viewed or changed by BAMBI Yatak. Any password changes you make after creating your membership are recorded by our Company.
Among your personal data processed by our company, your name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address are processed based on the legal reason that they are directly related to the establishment and execution of a contract based on the membership agreement established with you.
Your personal data listed above is used by our Company for a limited purpose and is recorded on our Company's servers located in the country.
Your membership information is recorded only due to your membership and is not transferred to any person or organization. Except for your password information, your membership information is shared with persons and organizations from whom our Company receives server and hosting services, service providers, suppliers, consultants and personnel, and persons and organizations from whom data security services are received, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, in a limited and proportionate manner with the service provided and the transaction performed for the purpose of performing the membership agreement concluded with you.
Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, our Company may prepare reports and create statistics by anonymizing your personal data and may share these reports and statistics with business partners and third parties with or without a fee. In case of a request from public institutions and organizations, courts and other legal authorities, it is a legal obligation for our Company to share your personal data.
Your personal data obtained during your membership is stored at https://www.bambi.com.tr/ for the duration of your membership, and its confidentiality and security are ensured with maximum security measures. Your name, surname and e-mail address information from your personal data is recorded and stored by our Company as long as the membership you created on our website is not deleted. If you delete your membership at https://www.bambi.com.tr/ or request that your membership be deleted by our Company, your name, surname and e-mail address information will be deleted by our Company unless there is another storage reason arising from the law. However, we would like to state that in this case, we will not be able to fulfill our obligations arising from the membership agreement you have concluded with our Company. If you request the deletion of your membership information and we do not have a storage reason arising from the law, your e-mail address will be deleted after we inform you about your request.
You may exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law regarding your personal data listed above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by sending a written request petition to our Company's address below by mail or notary, or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our Company's system. In your request petition, you must clearly and explicitly state the necessary information to identify you, which of your rights listed above you wish to exercise, and the reasons for exercising your right, and your request petition must be signed in wet ink or electronically signed.
Your request, stating that you wish to exercise your rights listed above, will be reviewed within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date it reaches our Company and the requestor will be informed in writing. If the transaction requested by you requires an additional cost, Bambi Yatak may request a transaction fee as stated in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
