2- Subject
The subject of this preliminary information form is the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 29188 regarding the product(s) published on the www.bambi.com.tr website and all affiliated interactive applications and/or other online sales platforms and requested to be ordered by the BUYER. The BUYER is informed accordingly.
3- Basic Features of the Product and Payment Information
The qualifications of the product to be ordered by the BUYER are as stated below, and this information, the total payment amount including taxes and the payment method have been read, understood and approved by the BUYER.
The nature and content of the product to be ordered by the BUYER are stated clearly and understandably on the www.bambi.com.tr website and all affiliated interactive applications and/or other online sales platforms, and all expenses and payments outside the scope of the contract belong to the BUYER. .
The interest charges and/or other deductions to be applied by the relevant bank or other payment institutions regarding the payment to the bank or credit card owned by the BUYER are as stated below and have been read, understood and approved by the BUYER.

4- Delivery of the Product, Services and Commitments Related to the Product
The product(s) ordered by the BUYER will be delivered to the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information form and order screen, provided that it does not exceed 30 (thirty) days from the establishment of this contract. The product(s) to be ordered and whose qualifications and conditions are stated above cannot be delivered within 30 (thirty) days due to force majeure (war, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), reasons arising from the transportation/cargo company or third parties and institutions that BAMBI cannot intervene in. BAMBI cannot be held responsible if this cannot be done. However, in this case, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order free of charge or request the delivery of the product after the impossibility is eliminated. If the BUYER exercises his right of cancellation, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of written cancellation notification.
BUYER may apply to BAMBI for free repair and maintenance of the product subject to the contract within the warranty period. BUYER will submit repair and maintenance requests during the warranty period by calling 08508084035 and creating a record. Repair and maintenance requests made by the BUYER will be fulfilled by BAMBI as soon as possible. The BUYER is also informed about the repair and maintenance costs for products whose warranty period has expired.
5- Right of Withdrawal
BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product(s) subject to the contract. However, products whose packaging/packaging has been opened, used and/or damaged, even if the packaging is unopened, cannot be returned under any circumstances, and in this case, the BUYER's withdrawal request will be rejected.
The BUYER can create a notification stating that he/she wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal by calling 085080884035 and creating a record.
The product(s) for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised are returned by BAMBI to the BUYER's delivery address. Products whose packaging/packaging has been opened, used and/or damaged, even if the packaging is unopened, cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and in this case, the BUYER's withdrawal request will be rejected.
BAMBI is obliged to refund the price of the returned product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal made by the BUYER. Refunds to be made by BAMBI will be made in accordance with the payment instrument made by the BUYER. BAMBI accepts no liability whatsoever for the payment instrument used by the BUYER, practices regarding additional fees, deductions, installments and maturities applied by payment institutions and/or banks, and for any disputes that may arise between the BUYER and the payment institutions in question, during the delivery of the refund to the BUYER. It doesn't.
6- Dispute
In case of disputes regarding the product requested to be ordered by the BUYER, an application may be made to the District Consumer Arbitration Committee, Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts, according to the monetary limits determined each year.
This preliminary information form is an integral part of the distance sales contract to be signed by the BUYER for the product whose qualifications are specified above. BUYER confirms via permanent data storage that this preliminary information form was sent to him before the Distance Selling Agreement, that he read and understood it and that he was informed clearly and in detail about the product he will purchase.
