This return policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers for the purpose of clarifying the return conditions of the products purchased by BAMBI FURNITURE AND BED INDUSTRY AŞ, acting as a seller, through www.bambi.com.tr and all connected interactive applications and / or other online sales platforms. Products purchased from the store are not covered by this return policy.
I- PRODUCT DELIVERY
The ordered product(s) shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information form and order screen, provided that it does not exceed 45 (Forty Five) business days from the date of purchase. BAMBI cannot be held responsible if the product(s) subject to the contract cannot be delivered within 45 (Forty Five) business days due to force majeure (war, state of emergency, natural disasters etc.), reasons arising from the transportation / cargo company or third parties and institutions that BAMBI cannot intervene. However, in this case, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order free of charge or to request the delivery of the product after the impossibility disappears. If the BUYER exercises the right to cancel, the product price will be returned to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of written cancellation notification.
BAMBI is obliged to deliver the product(s) subject to the contract intact, complete, with the same qualifications as the order placed, together with the warranty certificate and user manual. The BUYER has the obligation to check whether the product is the same as the product ordered and / or damaged during the delivery of the product / products purchased under this contract, before assembly and installation. If it is determined by the BUYER that the product delivered to him/her is incorrect or damaged, BAMBI must be informed in writing immediately and the product in question must be returned unpacked within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery at the latest. Otherwise, the product subject to the contract is deemed to have been received undamaged and in full by the BUYER and / or the person receiving the product.
II- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCESS
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product / products subject to the contract without any justification.
The BUYER can create the notification that he / she wants to exercise his / her right of withdrawal by calling 0 850 808 40 35.
The product(s) for which the right of withdrawal is exercised shall be returned by BAMBI from the BUYER's delivery address. Products whose package / packaging has been opened, used and / or damaged, even if the packaging is not opened, are not returned in any way and in this case the BUYER's withdrawal request is rejected.
BAMBI is obliged to refund the price of the returned product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification made by the BUYER and the acceptance of the withdrawal notification. Returns to be made by BAMBI shall be made in accordance with the payment instrument made by the BUYER. BAMBİ, during the delivery of the return to the BUYER, the payment instrument used by the BUYER, the payment institutions and / or banks, and the additional fees, deductions, installments and maturities applied by the payment institutions and / or banks, and the disputes between the BUYER and the payment institutions in question, do not accept any responsibility under any circumstances and conditions.
The period of reflection of the product prices returned by BAMBI to the BUYER's debit card / credit card may vary according to the bank's processes and practices.
