This information text has been prepared by BAMBI MOBİLYA VE YATAK SANAYİ A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “Bambi Yatak” in this information text) as the data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on Processing of Personal Data, for the purpose of explanation and information regarding the processing of personal data belonging to our Company’s customers and https://www.bambi.com.tr/ website members and users, with the title, address and other contact information specified below.

Our company undertakes to use the personal data it obtains with the consent of its users during the sale and after-sales services of Bambi Yatak products in accordance with the purpose of processing and to preserve the personal data it processes with utmost care and attention.

Our company offers after-sales services by selling Bambi Yatak products offline through our dealers and online through our website. Your personal data processed by our company during your visit to  https://www.bambi.com.tr/ , where online sales are made, are generally processed during the membership contract and distance sales contract concluded with you, if you contact us for information requests or after-sales services, if you allow commercial electronic messages, and through cookies used on our website. 3. Information Requests and After Sales Service

If you request technical service, maintenance or repair services within the scope of our company's after-sales services, it is our company's legal obligation, in accordance with the After-Sales Services Regulation, to record your complaints regarding the product you requested, information about the person who delivered and received the product, as well as your address and delivery information, and to keep them for 3 years from the date of transaction.

You can request information by contacting our Company via Bambi Yatak social media accounts. In this case, after you are informed via Bambi Yatak social media accounts, no personal data processing activity is carried out regarding your social media accounts.

4. Commercial Electronic Message Permissions

Commercial electronic messages (e-mail, text message, electronic message) regarding various promotions, information, advertisements, promotions, sales and marketing, celebrations, wishes, campaigns, discounts and innovations regarding Bambi Yatak products and services are sent by our Company only if you allow commercial electronic messages to be sent. 2. Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
5. Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the conditions requiring the processing of your personal data are eliminated,
7. Requesting notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred in case your personal data is corrected, deleted or destroyed,
8. To object to a result that is to the detriment of the person himself/herself, as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
9. In case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damages.

You may exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law regarding your personal data listed above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by sending a written petition to our Company's address specified below, by post or through a notary public, or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our Company's system. In your petition, you must clearly and understandably state which of your rights listed above you wish to exercise and the reasons for exercising your right, and your petition must be sent with a wet signature or electronic signature.

Your request, stating that you wish to exercise your rights listed above, will be evaluated within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date it reaches our Company and will be notified to the requestor in writing. If the transaction you request requires an additional cost, Bambi Yatak may request the transaction fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
